We believe in reasonable fees for an excellent service and always strive to be competitive. Unlike most Estate Agents our fee structure is transparent and free of any hidden cost. We do not ask you to commit yourself to an unreasonably lengthy sole agency agreement as we have such faith in our high levels of customer service and hope you favour us with instructions to sell your home.

We have a dedicated team of Mortgage Talk advisers Based in the Thirlwells branch offices where they will be happy to meet with you and provide you with ‘no obligation’ mortgage advice and recommendation. Behind the scenes we have full administration and Customer Services support to ensure efficient and speedy processing of your application.

At Thirlwells, Mortgage Talk offer a number of distinct selling features. These include the Mortgage Talk Promise which is designed to help cover lost mortgage arrangement and valuation fees paid to the lender if the purchase falls through (on main residence only). Terms and conditions apply, please ask for details. They also provide ‘the easy move service’ to assist you with the general administration involved in the house moving process. For Thirlwells vendors who also arrange a mortgage through Mortgage Talk, we provide sales commission rebates of up to £250.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage. Mortgage Talk’s standard fee for arranging a mortgage for a Thirlwells customer is £299. However a full menu of fee options are available on request. Please talk to your adviser for further details.

Most importantly and in order to be fully transparent, we do not expect to be paid a referral fee from the chosen solicitors which most Agents do as this more often than not gets added to your bill on completion.
