About Us
Thirlwells HistoryThe partnership between Keith and Margaret Thirlwell was founded originally in 1977 in Middlesbrough and subsequently expanded to Marton, Billingham and Nunthorpe. At all our offices we enjoy an enviable reputation for good service. In 2004, five new partners, selected from our existing senior management team were appointed to further expand the business. Their involvement ensures that each branch and area of our business is closely supervised by a partner.
Our current Partners are Wendy Clarke (managing), Nicola Munro MNAEA, Ian McClelland and Florence Lilleker.
We believe that the key to our success has been our continued determination to provide a professional personal and well informed service specialising in the sale of residential property.
Thirlwells Staff
Most of the staff at Thirlwells have worked with the partnership for many years providing a wealth and continuity of experience to all clients old and new.
All our staff undergo continuous training and development from both internal and external sources. Emphasis is placed upon keeping up to date with the latest legislation and conditions affecting the housing market, so that all Thirlwells' clients are assured of the highest level of professional service and advice.
